The fastest way to contact the lab is email: [email protected]. (Yes, that domain isn't final — we'll update this page when the permanent address lands, and the old one will forward.) We read everything; we reply to most of it.

What to write in about

• Corrections. If we've printed a price, plan detail, or capability that's wrong or out of date, tell us and include a link to the source. Corrections jump the queue — an accurate site is the whole product.
• Retest requests. If a builder has shipped a change big enough that our report no longer reflects the product, say which report and what changed. Meaningful changes trigger a revisit ahead of the regular schedule.
• Vendors who want their builder tested. Happy to hear from you, and here's the deal upfront: being tested is free, and it's unbuyable. There's no fee to be included, no fee to skip the queue, and no payment that changes a score, a rank, or a caveat. If your tool can handle our standard brief, it'll get the same treatment as everything else on the bench.
